Shipping Policy

At Solara, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take 1 to 3 business days.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Partial Shipments
If you purchase more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking code.

Possible Customs Fees
In rare cases, customs authorities may apply additional fees or taxes. Such costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address
Please review your address carefully before completing your purchase. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to the sender, and any reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
