Refund Policy
At Solara, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
Time Limits

Dissatisfaction with the product: within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Manufacturing defect: within 30 calendar days of receipt.

For visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence of the product and packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered misuse.
Return Conditions
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and components.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (for example, resized bracelets or adjusted parts).
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the customer may choose to:

Exchange it for another product in stock, or

Receive a refund for the product value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product received matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty
All products come with a 30-day warranty from the delivery date. To activate the warranty, customers must provide clear photos or a short video showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.
The warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage after purchase (broken screens, scratches, dents).

Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Misuse of accessories.

Normal wear and tear (oxidation, scratches, loss of shine, reduced battery life, etc.).

Stress tests not recommended (drops, water exposure, excessive pressure).
Solara does not provide technical repair services or authorized maintenance.
