How do I place an order?
Choose your product, click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now,” and complete your payment using our secure checkout.

Do you have a physical store?
No. We operate exclusively online.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most Spanish-speaking countries, as well as Spain and the United States (Latino community). Available shipping options will appear during checkout based on your address.

How long does delivery take?
Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery: 5–12 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
You’ll receive a tracking code once your order is dispatched.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be available on supported devices.

Can I pay in cash or upon delivery?
Not at this time. All payments must be made online using the available methods.

Can I change my order or address?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed. Once dispatched, no changes can be made.

Can I add more items to an existing order?
No. If you want additional items, please place a new order.

Where do the products come from?
We ship from fulfillment centers in the U.S., Europe, and Asia—whichever is most efficient based on product availability and your location.

I only received part of my order — is that normal?
Yes. Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages with different tracking numbers.

What is your return and exchange policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return for dissatisfaction and 30 days for manufacturing defects.
Items must be unused and in original packaging. After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product is correct and in good condition.

What if my delivery is delayed?
Check your tracking information. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window (5–12 business days), contact our support team for assistance.
